Hi, I purchased this game for my nephew and it won't run correctly. Very, very slow to load and so slow you can't even play it. What's the deal? It's installed on a Dell computer with good specs. Any ideas. He's really frustrated.

Windows 7 64x Processor: Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU E5700 @ 3.00GHz (2 CPUs), ~3.0GHz Memory: 4096MB RAM Available OS Memory: 4060MB RAM Card name: Intel(R) G45/G43 Express Chipset Manufacturer: Intel Corporation Chip type: Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family Display Memory: 1695 MB Dedicated Memory: 64 MB Shared Memory: 1631 MB Current Mode: 1920 x 1080 (32 bit) (60Hz)
Not sure what all info you want. He's running it on 1920 x 1080 in "HigH" graphics mode. We though maybe running it in "Ultra" was causing the problem, but it wasn't. I have not tried it on a computer with a better graphics card.

Hi there, Hmm, I think a G45/G43 might be a bit too slow to run the game in High; my 6970 that gets about 100fps is 50x faster: www.videocardbenchmark.net/gpu.php?gpu=Intel+G45%2FG43+Express+ChipsetHave you tried the "crippled" graphics mode? We've got a no questions asked money back guarantee so if you'd like a refund, please email me at: michael@underthegarden.com

Let me try the crippled mode and see what it does. That setting works great! Thank you so much!

Sounds like you're out of memory. 64mb of dedicated graphics memory is infinitesimally small for most purposes these days, and I suspect windows 7 plus whatever else you're running is pulling away the rest of the shared memory.
