Hello Forum!
After watching a video on steam I purchased UTO and immediately downloaded it to give it a go. When launching the game I noticed I could have a minimum of only 1280x720 resolution. However, after downloading UTO on my other computer I noticed that this application was allowing a minimum of 640x480 resolution. After trying to replace the executable on the first computer with the newly downloaded executable from the second computer the problem was still there. Is there a way to remedy this?
I hope that makes sense,
Veski

I'm having almost the same problem on my mac. The only resolution is 1280x1024, which would be full screen.
Except I would like to have my other monitors available, so I put it in Windowed. And now that 1024 vertical resolution is more than this monitor supports, as chunks are cut off by the OS menu, the window border, the app bar at the bottom of the screen...
It also runs quite slowly at this resolution, even in Lowest quality mode. Not that that matters; without the ability to access the bottom of the screen (inventory, crafting, map, etc), the game simply cannot be played.

With me it's more an issue of performance, even on lowest my laptops GFX memory is still too poor to play it at a comfortable speed. If I could take the resi down to something like 1024.768 or even lower I could play the game without it slowing right down, but at 1366.768 this little rig is too slow. I'm sure the issue is related to what files the exe reads when executing, on my media pc, the same executable reads and allows for as low as 600.480 but on the laptop it's 1280.768.
Help us pl0x devs!

I looked everywhere I could think of to try and help with this. The only place I even found any type of config file was under UTO Alpha 4. I'm not sure on this one but I'll let you know if I come up with anything.

Thanks man, I looked for a few hours through most of the files in the install folders to no avail!
